I LOVE Tammy and Brandon. I don’t think it’s possible to love clients any more than I love them. Really. Honestly. They are just a joy to work for. I almost tear up thinking about how much I love them. LOL! They have been so good to me and Terrence, and it feels amazing to have the love reciprocated. You may remember them from their engagement session back in April. Even back then, I knew how much I loved them, as you can read from that post. This couple is perfect for one another. They totally complete each other. Just take a look at their same day edit that our cinematography company, Lighten Films, did for them and showed on their wedding day. You’ll see what I mean.

Totally cute, right?
So, anyway, T and B were married at the beautiful Platinum Hotel here in Las Vegas. They had guests come from all across the U.S. for their wedding. Everything about their day was just perfect. Tammy couldn’t have been happier, and let me tell ya, a happy, excited bride really makes the biggest difference in how the entire day unfolds.
Unfortunately for me, I was not feeling well that day. I had a sore throat and horrible body aches. I really pushed myself to stay upbeat and do the best I could. After a while, I couldn’t even hold my own camera – I felt so weak and faint. Luckily, I always work with a second shooter at weddings, because you just never know what could happen, plus they provide an alternate set of eyes to how the story of the day is told. Following the ceremony, Shannon was able to handle most of the shooting while I directed, thank goodness. At the end of the night, I was done. I could no longer stand. My entire body was shaking, my heart was racing, I had an increasing fever and thought I was going to die. LOL. Terrence called the paramedics. Yikes, how embarrassing. I’m ever so thankful that he did though, because I really needed the care. I was in bed for the next two weeks with the flu. This was my first time having the flu. It was not fun. I chose to stay away from over-the-counter-meds and antibiotics and sought homeopathic remedies. I can’t say that I have 100% of my strength back yet, but I’m well on my way to a complete recovery. It’s just been a rough few weeks for me.
But, enough talk about me, here are a few of my favorite images from the night! Enjoy!

Brandon surprised Tammy with a beautiful set of earrings and a sweet card. Tammy is such a cutie-pie.
Look how adorable Tammy’s reaction is when she saw the reception room for the first time!
The Cupcakery did the amazing display of cupcakes for the wedding.
Non-stop happiness I tell ya!

The dancefloor and cocktail tables were located outside on the balcony where the ceremony took place. The weather was just right for an outdoor/indoor combination reception.
What a fantastic night! Congrats Tammy and Brandon! xoxo
